HAMBRGR was a fun project to work on with a really quick turn around time. The owner wanted to revamp the then Italian restaurant, and give it a cooler atmosphere that would make people want to linger in the space. The budget didn’t allow for us to change any of the millwork or flooring, so we focused our attention on the walls, furniture and lighting. We added texture and character to the space by installing a brick and wood wall. The rest of the walls were finished in a black chalkboard paint which not only gave the space an edgier look, but also a great way to display menu features. The furniture and lighting was a mix of raw metal and wood which introduced an industrial element.
The round table bases were adjustable and looked like they were old antiques.
These expendable metal lights were one of my favorite details!
We couldn’t leave without trying their Morning Glory Burger! If you are ever in the area, you need to stop in and try one!
