AMBITIOUS REALTY ADVISORS

To say I was excited when the owners of Ambitious Realty approached me to design their new 5,000 sq. ft. office would be an understatement. Being a new Hamilton based realtor company, their main focus is on the building of the ambitious city and giving it the opportunity to live up to its long held nickname. They were looking for a cutting edge design that would reflect their modern business approach.

One of the biggest design features of the office was this open area. It was important to the owners to have a space that could be easily cleared to host large groups for social get togethers or seminars.

The design included hallways along the two window walls, and offices with glass walls to allow the entire office to be lit with natural light.
