One Room Challenge – Week 5

This past week, so many exciting items have arrived at our front door!! We are still waiting for quite a few more things to come in, and my fingers are crossed that they will come in time. It is the final update of the One Room Challenge before next weeks full reveal, and I’m getting a little nervous about the long list of things we still need to check off!

Steve was able to build the night side table, and I am so excited with how it is coming together! I fell in love with this one from RH Teen, but the dimensions wouldn’t work in the space, so we decided to DIY one. We still need to paint it and add the nailheads!

Here is our to-do list for this next week:

1. 1. Paint the night side table, and add the nailheads

2. 2. Wallpaper the doors of the PAX unit

3. 3. Add mouldings to the PAX unit, and paint it

4. 4. Install hardware on the PAX

5. 5. Put the bees on the ceiling – I ordered them weeks ago, so hopefully they come in time!

6. 6. Pick up the beds, and assemble them in the space

7. 7. Buy mattresses

8. 8. Buy sheets

9. 9. Set up the room, and make the beds – still waiting for a couple pillows to arrive!

10. 10. Decide on artwork – I have a couple pieces I am debating between

11. 11. Photoshoot of the space!

It might be some long nights, but I think we should be able to get everything done!
