River's Edge Phase II Presentation

This month, we had the pleasure of presenting Phase II of our River's Edge Estate project, a custom home designed for a breathtaking 100-acre property overlooking the river. As the design continues to evolve, this phase allowed us to further develop the home's interior spaces, carefully considering how each room connects to the architecture, the surrounding landscape, and the way the family will experience the home every day.

Drawing inspiration from the enduring beauty of European countryside estates, the design brings together rugged natural materials and thoughtfully detailed architecture to create a home that feels warm, welcoming, and enduring. Every decision, from the scale of the architectural elements to the selection of finishes, has been made with purpose, resulting in interiors that are rich in character and quiet in their elegance.

Natural stone plays a defining role throughout the home, complemented by warm wood tones, soft plaster walls, and handcrafted details that introduce texture and depth at every turn. Expansive windows capture sweeping views across the property, allowing the landscape to become an ever-present backdrop and filling each space with natural light. Rather than drawing attention away from the setting, the home has been designed to exist in conversation with it, creating a seamless relationship between the indoors and the land beyond.

From the beginning, our vision has been to create a home that feels established from the moment it is complete. Layered materials, timeless finishes, and thoughtful detailing work together to evoke a sense of history while still feeling fresh and livable. Every room has been carefully composed to balance comfort with beauty, resulting in spaces that invite everyday living while celebrating craftsmanship and enduring design.
