Our River Road farmhouse project continues to take shape with a focus on authenticity, craftsmanship, and a strong sense of place. In our recent Phase II presentation, we explored the exterior architecture of the multiple structures nestled across this stunning 100-acre property. Drawing inspiration from European countryside estates, the design balances rugged charm with thoughtful execution.
A rich, textural stone palette lends the home an immediate sense of history, while expansive, seamless windows frame uninterrupted views of the land—ensuring the surrounding landscape remains a constant presence. Though newly built, the home is crafted to feel storied and lived-in, with patinated materials and mature, layered landscaping that evoke a sense of place and permanence. This is not just a house—it’s a home rooted in the land, designed to grow more beautiful with time.
